At ViswaVardhan Vyapara, our aim is to always provide high quality services to our clients. However, we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a cancellation of services or a refund. This policy outlines the terms under which we will provide cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation of Services
If you need to cancel an active or future service agreement with ViswaVardhan Vyapara, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We require 72 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled start date of services to process any cancellation requests.
Refunds
If you cancel within 72 hours, you will receive a full refund of any payments made towards undelivered services. Beyond this period, refund eligibility will be determined on a pro-rata basis depending on costs incurred and work completed until the time of cancellation. Approved refund payments will be processed within 30 days from receipt of a formal cancellation notice.
Extensions and Exceptions
If we determine the cancellation was due to exceptional or humanizing circumstances, ViswaVardhan Vyapara may provide an extension or refund at its discretion, irrespective of timing or costs incurred. Please contact us to discuss potential exemptions if required.
Changes to Terms
ViswaVardhan Vyapara reserves the right to modify the Cancellations and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. By continuing service after this date, you accept agreement to the amended policy.
